Our experienced staff masters your audio specifically for vinyl before cutting it to copper or lacquer discs using our Neumann DMM or traditional lathes.

Cut master discs then go to our in-house galvanic lab for mother and stamper creation. Once the stampers have been meticulously produced and inspected, they are installed in the press and custom test pressings generated for your final approval.

As an added bonus, our vinyl is lead, cadmium and toluene-free: three toxic ingredients found in virtually all other vinyl formulations. We can honestly say we offer the "greenest" vinyl records you’ll find on the planet!

All of our picture disc graphic inserts are printed on the highest-quality paper stock using Heidelberg printers and then are pre-baked to ensure they exit the hot, high pressure pressing environment blister-free and pristine looking.  The printed insert is placed inside of a vinyl "sandwich" made up of a vinyl record at it's core, a printed graphic on each side of the core with carrier foil that wraps around the entire platter. Stampers are used to press the groove into the plastic foil which becomes the playable surface of the picture disc.

Most picture discs are packed into a thick, clear vinyl or mylar sleeve with an insert and marketing sticker. After final assembly your records are double-boxed for complete protection during transit.
