1. Your code may have a limited number of downloads, so be patient and let the file finish downloading. Your card may expire after too many attempts.


2. Codes are alphanumeric and case sensitive! Be sure you're entering the characters exactly as they appear on your card.


3. All download content is provided to you in a zipped archive. As a result, you'll need to download on a computer with unzip software installed. A few unzipping utilities available to download:
       • WinZip
       • 7-Zip (WIN)
       • The Unarchiver (OSX)
   Because the files are zipped, you won't be able to access your download with a mobile device or tablet at this time.
